We had an incredible stay at Eco in Varkala. the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided us with a mobile phone to contact them if we needed anything. the room we stayed in was stunning, with a beautiful view of the pool and sea. We particularly enjoyed watching the breathtaking sunsets from the pool area in the evenings. the staff greeted us with smiles and were always ready to assist us with any requests we had. We also loved the breakfast at Oceanao Cliff - it was delicious. Despite being located a bit further from the main area, we didn't mind the walk to the north cliff for dinner each evening.
Nothing not to like! 😊

Here we stayed so close to some popular places such as janardanaswamy temple. Would recommend it and we will choose it for sure for next trip. Room met what we needed. It took 10 minutes to reach Varkala South Beach on foot: D

The rooms at The Oceano Eco are cozy and comfortable, with a seating area where you can relax and unwind. They also have private balconies and patios, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The attached bathrooms with showers are convenient and refreshing. As someone who loves a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, I absolutely loved the room at The Oceano Eco.
Personally, I found the bathrooms with showers a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion!

The deluxe room with its open plan design and floor-to-ceiling windows was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the beach. The swimming pool was perfect for a quick refreshing dip, and the friendly and helpful restaurant staff even organized a lovely birthday cake for me. The location was pristine, offering a peaceful and private retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The direct access to the beach was a bonus, and the restaurant at the nearby resort served delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, providing a mobile phone for any requests and always greeting us with a smile. The beautiful sunsets from the pool area were the icing on the cake. The hotel's location may be slightly out of the main part, but it was still easily accessible by a pleasant walk.

The Eco was a convenient choice for my business trip as it provided free in-room WiFi and had a business center where I could work and attend to my meetings. The restaurant also served delicious meals, making it easy for me to have a quick bite before heading out.
The only drawback I experienced during my stay at The Eco was the lack of a dedicated conference room. It would have been helpful to have a designated space for my town hall meeting, but overall, my stay was pleasant and conducive for work.

Food Variety: The in-house restaurant, The Oceano, offers an impressive variety of cuisines such as Local, Indian, Continental. They catered to all my cravings, making me feel like a food explorer on a culinary adventure.
Beach Condition: Some areas of the beach had litter and the strong current made swimming challenging.
